Our web site is hosted by OzeWebHost who use the most up-to-date secure server software. Your transaction details are handled with industry standard SSL encryption. Your credit card details are never downloaded or stored on our computers and are deleted from our secure server as soon as your transaction has been processed.
Payment Facilities:
Bamboo bed + bath will accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Money order, Cheque or Direct Deposit.
Direct Bank Transfer:
You will be given our banking details when you select
Bank Transfer as your preferred payment option on your order. Our banking details are printed on your Tax Invoice. |
Mail Orders:
Cheques or Money Orders should be made out to Bamboo bed + bath and mailed to PO Box 4072 Armidale NSW 2350 Australia. Please allow for normal bank clearance time of cheques.
Postage:
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Rates are automatically calculated using standard Australia Post parcel rates. We also use Star Track Express Courier service when possible. Deliveries to all destinations outside Australia are calculated using Australia Post current schedule of charges which will be shown on your invoice.
Insurance:
We can register and insure deliveries on request. Registered post is available in the shopping cart and insurance can be arranged by contacting us.
We will not be responsible for uninsured goods ordered and not received, either within Australia or overseas.
If you are ordering goods for delivery outside of Australia, you are strongly advised to register your goods.
Return Policy:
Our products are fully guaranteed against any manufacturing faults. If any fault is found, please return the item in undamaged condition for a replacement. Returns should be in as new condition.
